My wife of 20 years was supposed to meet me for a date one Friday night. She was not where she said, so I drove around town to look for her car. As I rounded a corner near a local “Meat Market” I saw her car backing out with a man in the passenger seat! I turned my car around and ran her off the road! As I walked up to the car I reached for the door handle and she hit the gas and dragges me across the parking lot as she sped off!

Aftermath: Apparently she wanted to have an open marriage, yet forgot to let me know!

She took my sister to the guy she was banging’s house to pick up her clothes. My sister was 16 at the time, and took her a while to realize what happened.

Aftermath: Divorced, and brought new boyfriend to help her move out…

I had been seeing a guy for a few months. All of a sudden, I don’t hear from him for a week. Finally, he calls, apologizes, and tells me it’s because of school. I believe it… until a friend tells me that during that week he had cheated on me with his ex and two other girls. I went to his house to see if he’d give himself away. He didn’t.

Aftermath:  I left his house and went to a bar to cheer myself up. I met a gorgeous man, had the best one night stand of all time, then came home and typed my soon-to-be-ex an email telling him all about it and breaking up with him. Now he wants me back. Too bad.

I went out with this guy I really liked a few times. Things escalated. Guy disappeared because of work. Two months later he tells me how I’m hot and a very cool girl but he has to “weed out the bad ones to find the good ones.” Ugh. Apparently I’m just a hot weed.

Aftermath: Apparently said guy is still single. Too many weeds in this world. I guess he’s looking for a flower but a wilted one…

Dating after a divorce with two kids can be a challenge, so when I found a guy I really vibed with I was excited. After a month of laughing, dancing and all-out fun together I talked to him about possibly meeting my girls for the first time. He told me he didn’t think he could do the “kid thing.”
