After two-plus months of dating, he gave me pink, grandma-style drugstore slippers for Christmas. With tassels on them, no less. I spent weeks picking out the perfect gift for him (which cost me about 99% more than what he paid for mine). And the slippers were the wrong size.

You went out only two months, yet you spend weeks looking for a gift? Thats crazy, you spent most of the length of this relationship obsessing over a gift and were mad that he didn’t do the same thing. He didn’t becuase he isn’t crazy.

I have to agree with Katy. Even if you’re going out for a week before Christmas you still buy them a nice gift. For heavens sake put some thought into it!
