Something like that could easily happen to Mr. Right at some point of his life. A case of food poisoning or stomach flu will do that to someone.
I’m sorry but no, that does not forgive someone doing that in someone’s car. If he had food poisoning he’d tell her first off, and not run the risk of doing that.
