“Alone”
We were spending a week near a lake, and one night sitting on a bench on the shore, full moon, beautiful romantic night, hand in hand, with a wonderful glass of wine. She said she was very thankful for me bringing her here and spending this week together. Right after this, she asked to be alone for a few minutes.

Aftermath: The next day we went home and instead of spending the rest of the week together, she went out with her friends without inviting me. I called her and heard her drunk friends singing in the background. I yelled with her for a few minutes, then never called her again.
You dumped her because she has friends?
I dumped her because we took a week off from work together. She didn’t think we should spend that week together. BTW, she told me she will be at home that night.
So she’s not allowed to enjoy her week off with anyone but you?
What is up with these comments? It appears that they planned to spend a designated time away at a lake together. In the middle of their getaway she decides to go home and party with her friends. I am sure that if they had originally planned a couple days together, then some time to hang with friends, he would have been fine with it.
